How quickly can you polish my showroom’s concrete floors?

Policrete’s concrete specialists can polish 100 square metres of concrete floors in four days. This estimate factors in pre-polish preparation and curing time. If your showroom is larger than that, factor in two additional days for every additional 100 square metres.

Can you polish my showroom’s current concrete floor?

Yes, it is possible to polish your showroom’s existing floor as long as the concrete is in good condition. If the concrete is chipped and pockmarked, we must grind it back until it is smooth and level. If the concrete is in particularly bad condition, we may have to grind it down to the substrate and pour fresh concrete.

We will conduct a thorough assessment of your showroom’s floor and explain the results so that you can make an informed decision about how to proceed.

Can you tint the colour of a polished concrete floor?

Yes. We can apply pigments to the wet concrete mixture or the surface sealant to ensure the floors align with your vision. We may even be able to colour-match your floors to other elements in your showroom for a more cohesive look.

How soon after polishing can I open my showroom?

You must give the polished concrete at least 48 hours to cure and settle before exposing it to significant foot traffic.
